The question still gets asked. It is just being asked somewhere else.
Somebody with a problem you solve is still looking for an answer. What changed is the surface: increasingly they describe the problem to an assistant in plain language and get a short, opinionated answer back, instead of scanning ten results and deciding for themselves.

ChatGPT advertising
Advertising where the answer is being given, not where the links are listed.
When someone asks an assistant which provider to use, they are further down the decision than a keyword search implies. They have described their situation in detail, and they are expecting a recommendation rather than a menu. That is a different moment to buy attention in, and it behaves differently from paid search.
We plan, set up, and manage advertising inside ChatGPT alongside your existing campaigns: what to promote, to whom, what the creative says, what the landing experience does when they arrive, and what a sensible test budget looks like before anything scales.
We will also tell you when it is not worth it. For some markets the audience is not there yet, and the right answer is to get the fundamentals in order and revisit in two quarters.
Scoped in your agreement
Which placements and formats are currently available to your market, test budget and duration, creative production, landing-page work, measurement setup, and who the advertising spend is billed to.
Available formats, targeting, and minimum spend on this surface change frequently. We confirm what is actually offered at the time you buy, rather than quoting from a deck.
AI visibility, search optimization & Google Ads
Assistants recommend what they can describe confidently.
There is no way to buy your way into an assistant's organic answer, and anyone offering to is guessing. What assistants work from is published material — your site, and the places that describe you. If what you do, where you do it, and who you do it for is stated clearly and consistently, you are describable. If it is buried in marketing language, you are not.
The useful part: that is the same work that has always made search optimization function. Clear structure, factual content in the words people actually use, consistent details across listings. It pays off in both places, which makes it the safest money in the budget while the assistant landscape keeps moving.
Google Ads still buys the intent moment where someone already knows what they want. It works immediately and stops when you stop, and it belongs in the mix for exactly that reason.
Scoped in your agreement
Technical optimization work, content production, third-party listing consistency, campaign structure, advertising budget, and reporting cadence.
Advertising spend is separate from management fees, and the agreement states which is which.
A new channel is exactly where overclaiming starts.
Every agency in the country is currently rewriting its homepage around AI. Here is what we will not tell you about any of it.
Nobody has a proven playbook yet
Advertising inside AI assistants is new enough that no one has multi-year performance data for your market. Anyone presenting a proven methodology is extrapolating. We test with a defined budget, measure it properly, and tell you what actually happened.
We cannot promise a ranking or a mention
Neither search engines nor AI assistants take instructions from agencies. We can make you far more describable and far easier to find. We cannot guarantee a position in a result list or a name-check in an answer.
No lead, revenue, or return figures
We can show you what arrived and what it cost. What converts depends on your offer, your pricing, your market, and what happens after an enquiry lands — most of which sits with you.
You own all of it
Advertising accounts, analytics, creative, and campaign history are in your name with us given access. Leaving us should cost you a transfer, not a rebuild. Same for your website
Mostly asked with a degree of scepticism.
Which is the correct posture for a channel this young.
01Can we actually advertise inside ChatGPT?
Advertising in AI assistants is an emerging surface, and what is available — formats, targeting, markets, minimum spend — moves quickly. We confirm what is genuinely on offer at the point you are buying rather than quoting terms from a deck written last quarter.
Then we tell you whether it fits. For some organizations it is worth a defined test now. For others the honest recommendation is to spend the same money making the site describable and revisit once the channel settles.
02Is this instead of Google Ads?
Alongside, not instead. They catch people at different moments. Search advertising reaches someone who already knows what they are looking for and is comparing options. Assistant advertising reaches someone who has described a problem and is being handed a recommendation.
Which mix makes sense depends on your market and your budget. Splitting a small budget across both usually does neither well, so we would rather pick one and do it properly.
03How do we get mentioned in AI answers without paying?
There is no lever to pull, and be sceptical of anyone selling one. Assistants build answers from published material, so the work is making yours unambiguous: what you do, where, for whom, in the words a customer would use, stated consistently on your site and anywhere else you are listed.
Vague, award-winning marketing copy is actively unhelpful here — an assistant cannot confidently recommend a company whose website never quite says what it does. Plain description outperforms persuasion.
04Who owns the advertising accounts?
You do. Accounts are created in your name, with us granted access. That includes the campaign history and the analytics, which is the part that actually has value over time.
A depressing number of organizations discover when changing agency that they cannot take their ad history with them. Ask any provider this before signing, and get it in writing.
05How will we know whether it worked?
Measurement is set up before spend starts: what arrived, from which channel, and what it cost per enquiry. Reporting is in plain language on a stated cadence, and it includes the periods where the answer was that it did not work.
One honest caveat — attribution from assistant traffic is harder than from search, because the visit often arrives with less information attached. We will tell you what we can and cannot see rather than filling the gap with a confident-looking chart.
Find out whether your customers are already asking.
A first conversation covers who you are trying to reach, how they currently find providers like you, what you are spending today, and whether a defined test in the assistant channel makes sense for your market yet.
